EP implements rigid high quality control through the producing cycle. Comprehensive engineering experience allows us to provide added design testimonials and/or price engineering companies to obtain producing efficiency targets. An on-site class ten thousand cleanroom is used for testing, assembly, and packaging. EP and consumer authorized casting, heat treating, plating, and painting amenities. We can machine a range of components such as aluminum, brass, bronze, metal alloys, stainless steel, and titanium.
EP’s racks change rotational movement to linear movement when utilised with spur gears. It is made to function with our inventory fourteen 1/2° and 20° PA spur gears. It can be modified for certain programs, such as drilling and tapping mounting holes, cutting to distinct lengths, or matching the finishes of two-piece racks to create continuous lengths longer than inventory.
